On completing the FEELL Fellowship our fellows are equipped with all the knowledge and skills required to become successful, egalitarian ethical & liberal leaders.
However in order to truly deliver impact at a large scale they need to be able to actually reach a leadership position where they have a platform to implement everything they've trained for.
Through LCAP we provide our fellows with all the career support they need to reach leadership positions across industries.
