About the Role
FEELL is looking to fill a position operating at the intersection of Marketing, Business Development, Advertising & consumer behavior. CTC: 6-9 LPA.
Requirements
0-3 years of work experience in sales/marketing/business development in the education sector is required.
Must have completed an undergraduate/postgraduate degree in a related field. Good negotiation & persuasion skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in English.
Sound knowledge of website analytics tools & experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, SEO/SEM & advertising campaigns is preferred.
Knowledge of the applications of behavioral economics/behavioral science in marketing & advertising is a bonus.
Creative thinking and a strong passion for social change.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand all of the company’s service offerings and clearly communicates them to clients and prospective clients to create new business opportunities.
Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
Analyse market trends & consumer behavior to identify customer problems & develop solutions.
Designing cost effective innovative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand recall, reach & sales.
Conduct market research to test viability of our products and gain insights on consumer behavior.
Perform competitor analysis to identify where our company can surpass industry competitors.
